What care do preserved flowers need?
Before knowing how to care for your preserved flowers, it is important that you know that they are 100% natural flowers.
Freshly cut from the field, they are subjected to a careful dehydration process, achieving a natural appearance for years.
1. Very important, they do not need water. The water will cause them to rot . Unlike other flowers, preserved flowers do not need water. Make sure that both the stems and the vase are very dry.
2. Place them in dry places. Your preserved flowers should be kept away from moisture. If you live in humid areas, be sure to put your preserved flowers away from doors, windows, or other places where air can enter.
3. Avoid sunlight. It is essential for preserved flowers to avoid direct exposure to the sun. We will ensure that they do not lose their color and we will extend the life of our flowers.
4. Treat them gently. Although preserved flowers are very resistant, they must be treated delicately. The container must be suitable so as not to crush your flowers. Try to keep them away from pets.
5. Clean the dust with a feather duster. Do not use abrasive products, a feather duster or a soft cloth will suffice to clean the dust. You can clean them once every fifteen days, delicately passing the cloth or feather duster through their leaves, thus they will prolong their life much longer.

How do I order a bridal bouquet?
Whether you choose one of our preserved flower bouquets from the bridal catalog or contact us, these will be the steps:
1. Select your bouquet. Once you make the purchase of the bridal bouquet we will contact you to see all the details of your bridal bouquet.
You don't need to know about flowers, we will focus on what your idea of a bouquet is, the tonal range, the style with which you identify...
Keep in mind that our bouquets are 100% handmade and customizable. Ideally, you should reserve your bouquet 2/3 months in advance.
When you select your bouquet, you can also select the number of bouquet replicas and lights. The design will be based on the bridal bouquet that we specify.
2. We show you the result. Approximately one month before the wedding (we usually do it via WhatsApp, but it can also be via Instagram or email) we will show you photos and videos of the process.
Your opinion will be essential to design your ideal bouquet. Therefore, if there is something that does not convince you, we will make the necessary changes in advance to design your dream bouquet.💕
3. Shipping. Once the design of the bridal bouquet is approved, we will send it with all the necessary protection measures approximately 10/15 days before the event so that you do not have to worry about delivery on the same day of the wedding.
Do you make other compositions apart from bridal bouquets?
Sure, we can make custom packs for your day. If you want other types of accessories such as a headdress, hair crown, crowns for girls, flower domes, initials or any other detail or accessory that you can think of.
We also make floral decoration for the ceremony or estate* (wedding flower arch, guest gifts, welcome area, banquet centerpiece) both with preserved flowers and fresh flowers*.
We adapt to the needs of our couples by making a personalized budget adapted to their needs.

When will I receive my bridal bouquet?
With preserved flowers we play with a great advantage: they last a long time. Therefore, we will send it in advance, approximately 10/15 days before the event.
We will prepare your bridal bouquet weeks before the wedding day, so you can see the process step by step and make the necessary modifications.
This is a great advantage, unlike fresh flower bouquets where the arrangement is made on the same day of the wedding, your bouquet will be prepared in advance and we can send it to you without the worry of the dreaded delivery, on the same day of your wedding. .
Can I make a return?
Returns will be accepted in the event that they have received the broken or defective product. Please send us photos of the damaged item/s to be returned to info@simonettafloral.com within 24 hours of receiving it. The return period is 7 calendar days from the day you receive your products. We will reply confirming receipt of the email and we will indicate the address to which you should send the product. We will bear the costs related to this change and/or return.
